IPLC or International Pastors and Leaders Conference is a conference hosted by
Living Word church. This is a purely onsite 3-day conference meant to equip Living
Word pastors, ministry leaders, local and international outreaches, and is open to
church members.

IPLC 2026 will be held from July 28 to July 30 at the Living Word Convention Center
in Banawa, Cebu City, Philippines.

You can purchase your tickets ONLINE at www.livingword.ph.

Your ticket allows you to participate in all conference plenaries for the entire
duration. It also comes with your conference kit and freebies – and we can’t wait for
you to unpack it! Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.

Bank details will be shown in the payment options after you fill out your registration
details. Kindly follow the instructions provided.

You can pay via GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer/OTC, or through Debit or Credit Card.

If you would prefer to pay in Cash, kindly visit our Amplify Office, 2nd floor, Living
Word Convention Center, Tanchan Road, Banawa Hills, Cebu City or contact Totie

After depositing, kindly take a picture of your validated deposit slip then you register online. Make sure that the amount deposited is equal to the amount needed to be paid upon registering. Kindly choose Bank Transfer/OTC as a mode of payment and upload the picture of your validated deposit slip when asked.

If you paid via GCash, PayMaya, Debit or Credit Card, please expect your QR ticket in
your registered e-mail address within 1 to 2 working days.

If you paid via Bank Transfer/OTC, please expect your QR ticket in your registered
e-mail address within 1 to 2 weeks.

If you paid via CASH, please expect your QR ticket in your registered e-mail address
within 1 week.

Senior Citizen/PWD descriptor
Discounted tickets are available for Filipino Senior Citizens (60 years old and above)
and Persons with Disability (PWD), in accordance with Republic Act 9994 (Expanded
Senior Citizens Act of 2010) and Republic Act 10754 (Magna Carta for Persons with
Disability).
Discounts apply only to the qualified ticket holder but may be transferred to another
person who also qualifies for the same fee category. A valid government-issued
Senior Citizen ID or PWD ID is required for submission upon purchase.

Student Fare Descriptor
Full-time matriculated undergraduate students.
Full-time matriculated diploma student.
Part time students are required to pay the full conference fare.
Students taking postgraduate courses are required to pay the full conference fare.
Valid student ID submission is required to purchase the student tickets.
Submission of invalid IDs will result in the ticket being voided.

Yes, it is necessary so participants can get their kits and conference IDs.

*For participants who will be unable to attend Day 1, you may check-in on Day 2.

Seat reservation is discouraged. The organizers may reserve seats for the special guests of the speakers.

Children will not be allowed inside the Main Hall. Parents attending with children may stay at the Hall of David on the 2nd floor. Please note that no children’s program, activities, or childcare will be provided during IPLC 2026, so we encourage parents to plan ahead.

We know pets are special members of the family, but to help keep the conference comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, pets will not be allowed at the venue. Thank you for your understanding.

We have free parking spaces for our delegates at the venue. We encourage participants to arrive early as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. We also encourage participants to car pool because of the limited parking slots.

You can purchase meals and snacks from the food concessionaires at the Cafeteria (G/F) or visit Leaves & Lattes on the 2nd floor.

To help everyone enjoy their meals comfortably, we kindly ask participants not to reserve or save tables in the cafeteria.

Please avoid leaving personal belongings unattended to hold seats. Any unattended items may be transferred to a designated claim area so tables can remain available for others.

To help keep the venue clean and comfortable for everyone, food and colored drinks are not allowed inside the Main Hall.

Participants may bring personal flasks or tumblers, provided they contain water only.
