Since 2017, our IDMC Cebu Conferences have sought to capture the true essence of Biblical discipleship. In 2017, the theme was A Certain Kind: Discipleship that Redefines Success in the Ministry, which brought us back to the basics of Christianity—abiding in Christ. In 2019, the theme was Multiplying Authentic Discipleship: Leading, Discipling, and Walking with God, emphasizing how intentional discipleship makes a lasting difference in the life of the church. In 2024, the theme was Cultivating Your Inner Life: Understanding Spiritual Formation in Discipleship Today. With the many challenges we face, we were reminded that the only way to overcome and stand victorious is by strengthening our inner life through the Word of God.
For 2026, the theme for IDMC Cebu Conference is True Spirituality: Renewing Our Walk With God. The conference will focus on these key topics:
