INTRODUCTION
Our lives are filled with DECISIONS & CHOICES to make – some of them quite TRIVIAL and others ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL. Oftentimes our lives are built on making TRIVIAL DECISIONS and we PROCRASTINATE and even REJECT decisions which involve our ETERNAL DESTINY.
Our SHORT-SIGHTEDNESS becomes the BANE of our EXISTENCE. To simplify matters, we can say that life can essentially be broken into TWO CHOICES: the DIVINE and the HUMAN. To illustrate this, Jesus gives us a list of twos
1. TWO GATES – NARROW & WIDE
2. TWO WAYS – NARROW & BROAD
3. TWO DESTINATIONS – LIFE & DESTRUCTION
4. TWO TRAVELERS – FEW & MANY

TEXT: Matthew 7: 13 – 14
In this journey we call life, we will meet a crossroads: the HUMAN and the DIVINE.
The choice is ours to make, but NOT WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES – one NEGATIVE and the other POSITIVE. Our study today has a very simple 3 POINT OUTLINE:
I. COMMAND to ENTER the NARROW GATE – v. 13a
II. FOLLY of ENTERING the WIDE GATE – v. 13b
III.THE WAY &WISDOM of ENTERING the NARROW GATE – v. 14
CONCLUSION
As we meet CROSSROADS of the DIVINE and HUMAN in our lives, let us consider our ETERNAL DESTINATION. Not to do so, makes us a FOOL! The man who travels but doesn’t know where he is going is to put it bluntly STUPID!
I pray we will decide to enter the NARROW GATE and walk in the NARROW WAY.
