A lot of people have difficulty in dealing with anger and they try to skirt away from the accusations of their conscience that they are sinning against God. You may be able to delude your conscience and make it submit to your excuses, but you could NEVER be EXCUSED from God’s JUDGMENT.
As such, we must deal with it, because we might find ourselves in the receiving end of God’s wrath.
I would like to talk to you about the 2 I’s of anger:
I. The Incongruence of Anger and Worship v. 23 – 25 a
A. Broken Relationship because of your Offence v. 23
B. Reconciliation before Worship 24 – 25a
II.The Immutable Judgment vv. 25 – 26
If you truly desire to WORSHIP, you must RELEASE yourself from any form of ANGER and BITTERNESS.
